1. How much do you charge?
- $120 for individuals
- $125 for couples
- $45 for group
2. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes.
3. Do you accept insurance or Employee Assistance Programs?
I am not on any insurance panels or EAPs. However, I have many clients who submit my monthly statement for out-of-network reimbursement, which significantly reduces their financial burden.
4. What are your hours?
Monday through Wednesday 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Thursdays 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
5. Are you available for emergencies?
I work independently, therefore I am not available for emergencies that occur outside my normal working hours.
6. Where are you located?
My office is located between Red River and Duval in the Harris Park neighborhood.

7. Are there forms I need to fill out?
New patients will need to fill out the Client Information form and read and sign the Office Policies and Procedures document. Please print these, fill them out, and bring them to your first appointment.
